By the end of this flow, you will have a defined Mission, 4 Weekly Themes, and a ready-to-execute 4-Week Content Plan.

Define Your Intention

Content without purpose is just clutter. Before we plan what to post, we must define why. Your content serves three sacred roles: to Educate (teach), Inspire (show possibility), or Convert (invite action).

Structure brings freedom. We will define 4 evergreen themes. These are the anchors that prevent you from running out of ideas. Customize the topics below for your next 4 weeks.

Week 1 Educate

Focus on the "How". Explain your methods (e.g., Reiki, Sound).

Week 2 Educate/Inspire

Address acute pain points (e.g., Anxiety, Boundaries).

Week 3 Inspire

Share success. Show them what is possible.

Week 4 Convert

Build trust. Behind the scenes, ethics, lifestyle.

The Manifestation Matrix

Now we map the content. For each weekly theme, choose how you will deliver the message. Aim for a mix of Reading (Authority), Seeing (Trust), and Hearing (Intimacy).
