The Keys to Freedom

Mastering the four stages of creation: Desire, Intention, Allowance, and Surrender.

Desire: The Engine

We often judge our desires ("I shouldn't want food") or misplace them (desiring a body shape).

✅ The Truth

"Follow the thread." You don't desire the food; you desire the FEELING (Safety, Peace) it brings.

🧘 Body Translation

Stop fighting your desires. Instead, ask: "What is the feeling I am actually hungry for?"

2. The Physics of Allowance

Why "Allowance" is the Doorway. Resistance locks density in place; Allowance melts it.

What you resist, persists.

This chart illustrates the difference in metabolic/mental tension when you fight a sensation versus when you allow it.

    The Path of Resistance Thinking you must "fight" fat or cravings. This creates sustained tension (cortisol), locking the energy in the body.

    The Path of Allowance The "Doorway to the Kingdom." Allowance melts the tension. Density cannot survive without your resistance holding it in place.

Use the 4 Keys sequentially to open the heart and release the body.

4. The Allowance Experiment

Radical non-resistance when you feel a "negative" sensation.

Active Allowance

  1. 1. Pause: Stop moving.
  2. 2. Open Hands: Physically uncurl fists, palms up.
  3. 3. Say: "I allow this moment to be exactly as it is."
  4. 4. Observe: Watch density melt without your resistance.

Allowance is Flow

"You cannot heal what you do not allow to exist."

When you open your hands (Body Translation of Allowance), you signal to your nervous system that you are safe. Safety signals metabolism to function.
