The Body is a Mirror of the Mind
Tracing the "effect" (body) back to the "cause" (thought). The body reflects the mind; it decides nothing.
The Law of Cause & Effect
"The world is a picture of your state of mind. It is the witness to your state of mind, the outside picture of an inward condition."
1. The Mind-Body Feedback Loop
Visualizing the direct correlation between your Mental Cause (Thoughts) and the resulting Physical Effect (Sensation/Density).
2. Daily Practice: The Mirror of Truth
A 10-minute practice to look past the physical form and clean the mirror of the mind.
3. The Projection Experiment
Your body is not the only mirror; everyone else is too. Use judgment of others to heal yourself.
1. Catch the Projection
Pay attention to judgments of other bodies ("She looks unhealthy", "He is lazy").
2. The Boomerang
Stop and ask: "What does this judgment say about ME?" Where do I judge myself as lazy or unworthy?
3. The Correction
Withdraw the projection: "The innocence I see in you is the innocence I claim for myself."
The Source of Judgment
Visualizing that judgment is primarily an internal event projected outward.

The Mirror Check
When you look at your body today, what "state of mind" is it reflecting? (Stress? Protection? Scarcity?)
Creative Responsibility
If you accepted 100% responsibility for your body as it is right now—as a powerful creator—how does that change your feeling of power?
The Feedback Loop
Recall a time when a shift in your mood physically changed how your body felt. How does this prove the Mind > Body connection?
